30 Day risk-free guarantee
All customers have 30 days to return or exchange an item. If you are ordering more than one product for the first time, we recommend wearing one pair first to ensure the size fits before opening the rest.
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns after the first pair has been opened and packaged.
All returns will be processed 24 hours after receipt and inspection of the product.
About the return shipping fee
1、We will cover the return shipping cost for panties with quality problems, such as torn inner bags, panties, poor stitching, etc.
2、For the wrong size, the color you don't like, or other reasons, you can also apply for the return of the underwear that meets the above conditions, and you will bear the return shipping fee.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
